Biography

I am proud to represent the residents of Leyland South on Lancashire County Council. I entered local politics because I believe decisions should be made as close as possible to the communities they affect, with a strong focus on reliable local services, safe neighbourhoods and real opportunities for residents.

I am also committed to tackling violence against women and girls, and believe local government has a vital role to play in prevention, early intervention and ensuring victims are properly listened to and supported.

Alongside my role as a councillor, I am a small business owner, giving me first-hand experience of the challenges faced by local businesses. This has shaped my commitment to supporting independent businesses, protecting local jobs and strengthening our local economy.

I am a visible and approachable councillor, dedicated to listening to residents and standing up for Leyland South.
