Hannah Whalley Appointed Cabinet Member for Resources, Property and Efficiency

Reform Lancashire is delighted to announce that County Councillor Hannah Whalley has been appointed Cabinet Member for Resources, Property and Efficiency at Lancashire County Council.

Representing Leyland Central, Councillor Whalley brings a strong professional background in accountancy and has previously served as Chair of the council's Audit, Risk and Governance Committee.

The portfolio covers some of the council's most important corporate responsibilities, including oversight of finances, property and assets, while driving improvements in efficiency and ensuring the best possible value for Lancashire taxpayers.
