Cllr Stephen Atkinson is Leader of Lancashire County Council and Leader of the Reform UK Group at the Local Government Association.
A district councillor since 2015, he has served in senior roles including Chair of Policy and Finance and on committees overseeing licensing, health and housing, community services, and planning and development. He has also serves as a Director at Local Enterprise Partnership and is Chair of the Lancashire Combined County Authority.
His leadership has focused on overseeing key service areas, including Finance & Overall Performance improvement, always trying as much as possible to put residents at the forefront of decision making
while shaping strategic decision-making across the County and county.
